How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Works as described for fresh spots. For older embedded odours in thick carpet it was less effective than I hoped. Might work better if combined with some blotting beforehand. Product is fine, just not magical for tough jobs.
Pleased with this. The bio-enzyme approach is the right science for this problem and T1B delivers on it. Not quite 5 stars only because I wish there was a larger pack option available at a better per-ml price.
Decent eco-friendly option for pet odour. I like that there's no strong fragrance masking things. The neutral scent post-drying is exactly what I want. Just bumping one star because my order took longer than expected to arrive.
Our Dachshund's bedding used to need washing every 3-4 days because of the smell. Since using T1B between washes, we're down to once a week. The spray keeps the odour under control beautifully. Saves water and time.
Ordered this after my Golden Retriever started using the corner of the bedroom carpet as his favourite spot. The smell was becoming very noticeable. Two sprays later, nothing. The area smells completely normal. Amazing product.
