We accept all major debit and credit cards. Our checkout system is 100% secure. We also offer Cash On Delivery (COD) at a nominal additional charge. You can shop with confidence.

We ship to most major cities within India and Internationally. If there's a courier service in your area, we can ship there!
I did not receive my confirmation email. What can I do?
Most of the time this happens because our customers have accidentally entered the wrong email address. Throughout the process, we send 2-3 emails, including an order confirmation, a fulfillment notice, and a shipping notice if tracking is available. Please make sure to always check the spam folder if you did not receive the confirmation email. If you believe you may have entered an incorrect email address please contact us at mktg@teamonebiotech.com and we will fix it for you.
When can I expect to receive my shipment?
Once your order is successfully submitted, it will be processed in up to 24 working hours. Please note that the delivery time may vary depending on the delivery region and on circumstances like countrywide restrictions, distance, local holidays, or any other factors outside our control. External factors are bound to occasionally cause delays, and we ask you for your patience and understanding when they do.
How can I cancel an order?
If your order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel your order by contacting us at mktg@teamonebiotech.com. We will reimburse you no later than 3 days from the day on which you canceled your order. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Returns
No Returns: We regret to inform you that we do not accept returns or exchanges for any products purchased from T1B Septic. All sales are final.
Exceptions: In rare cases where a product is received damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team within 2 days of receiving your order. We will review your concern and may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Refunds (if applicable): If your request for a refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3 to 7 days.

What can I do if there are missing or incorrect items when my order arrives?
For missing or wrongly shipped items, please contact us at mktg@teamonebiotech.com. Please quote your order number and provide us with proof - a picture of the incorrect items will suffice (max 1MB image size). We will be more than happy to reship the correct items at no extra cost and we will not ask for you to return the item that was wrongly sent! You may keep it as a gift from us.
What can I do if my package gets lost?
Please contact our Customer Support Department at mktg@teamonebiotech.com to inform us that you did not receive the package. We will contact the courier company to make sure the package is lost, and we will refund your money or resend the items.
How can I change my shipping address?
